Pro Tips for Perfect Samosa Chaat
Reheat samosa:
If using leftover samosas, always reheat before using. Deep fry for 1–2 minutes on low flame or microwave until warm.
Use store-bought option:
You can also use store-bought or frozen samosas, simply reheat them as per package instructions before assembling the chaat.
Don’t over-crush:
Break the samosa roughly — it should still hold some shape and not turn into crumbs.
Serve immediately:
Once assembled, serve right away to maintain the perfect texture. For guests, prep everything in advance and assemble fresh.
